1. Overview
We want every enrollment decision to feel considered and transparent. This policy explains how cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are handled for Wise Qalam programs and services.
2. Cancellation requests
To request a cancellation, contact support@wiseqalam.com from the email address associated with your enrollment. Include your name, program, batch date, and the reason for your request so our team can review it promptly.
3. Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the program, service, amount of content accessed, and timing of the request. Any program-specific refund terms shown during checkout or included in a written enrollment agreement will apply in addition to this policy.
4. Live training and rescheduling
If you cannot attend your planned live batch, contact us as early as possible. Where seats and program rules allow, we may offer a transfer to a future batch instead of cancellation.
5. Wise Qalam cancellations
If Wise Qalam cancels a paid program and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, affected learners will be offered a transfer, account credit, or refund as appropriate.
6. Non-refundable items
Completed services, consumed learning materials, assessment attempts, and third-party fees may be non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law or stated written terms.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the transaction.
